Getting started
- How long does implementation take?
- Most teams are up and running within 2–4 weeks. We handle data migration, configure your chart of accounts and project structures, and run role-specific training sessions. Larger rollouts with multiple sites typically take 6–8 weeks.
- Do you help with onboarding and training?
- Yes. Every plan includes a free onboarding call and 30-day setup support. We run role-specific training for site teams, procurement, finance, and HQ so each group knows exactly how to use the modules relevant to them.
Product & modules
- What does Buildenfra cover?
- Buildenfra has nine connected modules: Planning & Scheduling, Estimation & BOQ, Budgeting & Base Rates, Procurement, Inventory & Stores, Site Requirements, Plant & Machinery, Subcontractor Billing, and Approvals & Governance.
- Do you support multi-company or holding-company setups?
- Yes. Buildenfra supports multi-entity configurations where a holding company can view consolidated reports across subsidiaries, while each entity maintains separate project and finance data with independent approval hierarchies.
Mobile & field use
- Can field teams use Buildenfra without a reliable internet connection?
- The mobile app (iOS & Android) supports offline data entry for site requirements, GRNs, and machinery logs. Data syncs automatically when the device reconnects — so remote sites with poor connectivity aren’t blocked.
Security & data
- Is our data secure? Where is it stored?
- All data is hosted on AWS infrastructure within India, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Role-based access controls ensure each user only sees what they need. We maintain daily backups with point-in-time recovery.
- Who can see what inside the system?
- Access is role-based and granular per module. Site teams, procurement, finance, and HQ each see only what is relevant to their role, which keeps sensitive commercial data protected.
Integrations
- Does Buildenfra integrate with Primavera, SAP, or other tools we use?
- Yes — Buildenfra supports Primavera P6 schedule imports to align planning and BOQ data. For ERP integrations (SAP, Tally, or custom finance systems), we offer data export APIs and can discuss bespoke sync connectors during onboarding.
Pricing & support
- What does pricing look like?
- Buildenfra is priced based on the number of active projects and users, with monthly and annual plans. Most companies see a clear ROI within the first billing cycle from faster approvals and reduced procurement errors. Contact us for a custom quote.
- What support do you offer after go-live?
- Support depends on your plan, ranging from email support on Starter to SLA-backed support and on-site training on Enterprise. Every customer gets a dedicated onboarding period to start.
